What water temperature should I use for best dishwashing results?

For good washing and drying, the entering water must be between 120°F and 140°F. If your water temperature is below 140°F, use the WASH HEAT BOOST option which extends the wash cycle for 21 minutes while the dishwasher heats the water. To test your water temperature, use a candy or meat thermometer at the hot water faucet nearest the dishwasher.
