What is the proper way to load clothes into the washer?

Load dry items loosely, no higher than the top row of holes in the washer tub. For wet items, set the load/water level high enough to allow items to move freely, with water level just covering the clothes. Do not wrap large items like sheets around the agitator, and do not wash fabrics containing flammable materials. (Page 7)
