What parts are included in the Graco booster seat, and what tool do I need for assembly?

The booster seat includes left and right armrests, a base, shoulder belt positioning clip, head support, lower back support, and armrest covers (on certain models), plus two height adjustment screws (page 5). The only tool required for assembly is a Phillips screwdriver.
