How do I use LATCH to install the car seat?

Extend LATCH to its maximum length, place the car seat firmly against the back of the vehicle seat, thread LATCH through the normal belt path, hook the LATCH connectors to vehicle lower anchors, and tighten by pushing down on the car seat and pulling the adjustment belt. Secure the tether strap to complete installation. Perform a safety check each time you drive. (Page 24-25)
