How do I attach the Graco infant car seat to the stroller?

First, recline the stroller seat back to its lowest position and ensure the canopy is in the rearward position. Position the mounting notches over the arm bar, then push down on the car seat until the attachment latch snaps into the arm bar. Pull the straps through the vehicle belt hooks on each side of the infant car seat, then verify the car seat is securely attached by pulling up on it. (Page 28)
