How do I change the hygiene kit on the Xstream?

Remove the old sound absorber foam and insert the new one. Pull off the old ear cushion, centre the new ear cushion over the hole, and press with a finger along the outside until it attaches all around the edges. Finally, pull off the old head cushion and insert the new one. (Page 7)
