How do I set up the emergency heat cycle rate on the Honeywell FocusPro TH5220D?

Press and hold 's' and 't' buttons to enter installer mode. Navigate through functions until you reach function number 8 which is for Emergency Heat Cycle Rate (CPH). Select an appropriate option from the list provided; common settings include 9 for electric emergency heat and 3 or 5 depending on your furnace efficiency rating.
