How do I permanently hold a temperature and turn off the program schedule?

Press the HOLD button to permanently override all programmed time period temperature settings. Whatever temperature you set will be maintained 24 hours a day until you manually change it or press RUN SCHEDULE to resume the programmed schedule. (Page 13)
