How do I reset the e7 thermostat to factory settings or re-enter Initialization Mode?

To reset the thermostat and return to Initialization Mode: Enter SERVICE MODE by pressing and holding °F|°C, MODE, and FAN together, then release. Use UP/DOWN arrows to display 'rst', press MODE, use DOWN button to select 255, and press FAN. The unit will reset, clear all previous values, and enter INITIALIZATION MODE again. (Page 16)
