What fault detection and diagnostics features are available?

Both Prestige and VisionPRO thermostats support custom fault alerts to meet CEC Title 24 2016 and IECC 2015 code requirements. You can create custom alert names and messages through the thermostat settings. The Jade economizer detects air temperature sensor failures, improper economizing, damper modulation issues, and excess outdoor air, sending fault signals to the thermostat's Equipment Interface Module (EIM) for display and notification.
