How do I start and stop the Hoover F3860-1-011 Floor Polisher?
To start the polisher, push the handle down and then lower it into the working position. To stop the polisher, simply return the handle to the upright position. Ensure the handle is in the upright position before inserting the plug into the electricity supply. (Page 4)
