What should I do if the software installation for the HP Deskjet 2130 fails on Windows?
Remove the CD from the CD/DVD drive and disconnect the USB cable from the computer, then restart the computer. Insert the printer software CD and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software, making sure not to connect the USB cable until instructed to do so.
