How long is the warranty on the HP Envy 5640 printer and its ink cartridges?

The printer itself is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Ink cartridges are warranted until the HP ink is depleted or the 'end of warranty' date printed on the cartridge is reached, whichever occurs first. This cartridge warranty does not cover HP ink products that have been refilled, remanufactured, refurbished, misused, or tampered with. (Page 6)
