How do I change the boot order on the HP Laptop PC 15 Dw3000 if it doesn't restart in HP Recovery Manager?

Insert the HP Recovery media, then access BIOS by turning on or restarting the computer, quickly pressing esc, and then pressing f9 for boot options. For tablets without keyboards, hold down the volume down button or the Windows button after restarting and select f9. Then select the optical drive or USB flash drive from which you want to boot and follow the on-screen instructions. (Page 11)
