How do I print a configuration page on the HP LaserJet 1320?
To print a Configuration page, press and hold the GO button for 5 seconds when the printer is in the ready state. The Configuration page lists current settings and properties of the printer and also contains a status log report.
What should I do if the Attention light is on?
The Attention light indicates that the printer media input tray is empty, the print cartridge door is open, the print cartridge is missing, or other errors have occurred. Check the printer for these conditions and resolve the issue accordingly. See Status light patterns for a description of the light patterns.
How do I cancel a print job?
You can cancel a print job by pressing the CANCEL button on the printer control panel, deleting the job from the Windows print queue or Mac print queue, or using HP Toolbox or the embedded Web server. If you need to stop the printer immediately, remove the remaining paper from the printer.
What is EconoMode and how do I enable it?
EconoMode is a feature that allows the printer to use less toner per page, extending the life of the toner supply and reducing cost per page, though it reduces print quality slightly. To enable EconoMode, access the printer Properties, go to the Paper/Quality tab (or Finishing tab), and select the EconoMode checkbox.
