How do I restart the Wi-Fi setup mode if the wireless light is not blinking blue?

Press and hold the wireless button on the control panel until the light starts blinking, then release the button. Wait for the printer to restart, then open the HP Smart app and add the printer. If needed, swipe right or left on the top of the home screen to find the Add Printer option. (Page 3)
