How can I program speed dials using the control panel?

Press the Fax Menu button on the control panel, then select Phone Book Setup, followed by Individual Setup and Add/Edit menus. Specify a speed-dial number (1-8 for one-touch keys), enter the fax number with optional pauses or waits as needed and save it after entering an alphanumeric name using the keypad. Repeat steps until all desired dials are set up. (Pages 13-14)
