How do I troubleshoot when my printer is in 'Wi-Fi setup mode timed out'?

Restart the Wi-Fi setup mode by first pressing to exit sleep mode if it’s not lit. Then press and hold the button for five seconds, wait for all buttons to light up, simultaneously press and release those buttons until the wireless light blinks blue again. Wait one minute before trying to connect via HP Smart app.
