What does the error message '10.57.0X Protected Cartridge' mean?
This error means the installed cartridge has been locked to a different printer or fleet of printers using HP Cartridge Protection, and cannot be used in the current printer. The only resolution is to replace the cartridge with a new toner cartridge. (Page 33)
