What should I do if error code C2-1410 appears indicating the toner cartridge is not installed?
First check that the toner cartridge is properly installed; if it appears installed, turn the machine off and back on. If the error persists, remove the toner cartridge and thoroughly roll it five or six times to distribute the toner evenly, then reinstall it. If the problem continues, check whether the CRUM contact area is contaminated and clean it, or replace the toner cartridge with a new one. (Page 71)
