How do I update the BIOS of an HP Z240 Tower Workstation?

To determine and upgrade BIOS, follow these steps: During startup press Esc to access boot menu, then F1 for system information to check current version. Compare with versions at http://www.hp.com/go/workstationsupport to see updates needed. See Updating the workstation on page 39.
