What should I do if my K-Duo Essentials won't brew or brews only a partial cup?

First, ensure the handle is pushed down securely after inserting the K-Cup pod, and check that the water reservoir is filled to the MAX fill line and seated properly. If the brewer still won't brew, clean the exit needle with a straightened paper clip, as it may be clogged. If brewing only partial cups, the exit needle may be clogged, the water reservoir may have been removed during brewing, or the brewer may need descaling. (Page 6)
