What should I do if grounds are appearing in my coffee?

Grounds may have gathered in the exit or entrance needles. Clean the exit needle of the K-Cup® pod holder using a straightened paper clip, then clean the entrance needle on the underside of the lid using the same tool. After cleaning, perform 2 cleansing brews without inserting a K-Cup® pod. (Page 5)
