How do I set up my Keurig K-Slim for the first time?

Remove packing tape, plug into a grounded outlet, rinse and fill the water reservoir to the MAX FILL line, then lift and lower the handle without inserting a K-Cup pod to power on. When the 3 cup sizes blink, press the 8oz button and then the blinking brew button to complete a cleansing brew, pouring the hot water into the sink. The one-time setup process is then complete and you are ready to brew. (Page 2)
