Why is my coffee maker only brewing a partial cup?

Several issues could cause partial cup brewing: grounds may have gathered in the exit or entrance needles and need cleaning, the exit needle may be clogged, or the K-Cup pod holder may need cleaning. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the coffee maker may need descaling. If you have descaled twice and the problem persists, contact Customer Service. (Page 4)
