What is the Door Ajar Alarm and how does it work?

The Door Ajar Alarm sounds when the refrigerator door(s), drawers, or freezer drawer is left open for 5 minutes while cooling is turned on. The alarm will repeat every 2 minutes until all doors and drawers are closed, which turns it off and resets the feature. To mute the audible alarm temporarily while keeping doors open, such as during cleaning, press any button on the control panel. (Page 21)
