What cleaning products can I use inside the refrigerator, and are there any I should avoid?

Recommended disinfectants include isopropyl alcohol (70% concentration), ethanol (70% concentration), and hydrogen peroxide (3% concentration) — allow alcohol solutions to evaporate completely before restocking and rinse hydrogen peroxide promptly to prevent discolouration. Do not use chlorine-releasing agents such as bleach as these are corrosive and may damage the device, and avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch surfaces. Always disconnect the device from the mains supply before cleaning and use appropriate PPE. (Page 36–37)
