How do I use the Smart Diagnosis feature if my refrigerator has a problem?

First call the LG service center and only use Smart Diagnosis when instructed by the call center agent. Lock the display, open the right refrigerator door, hold your phone's mouthpiece to the speaker on the right door hinge, then press and hold the Freezer Temperature button for three seconds until you hear three beeps. Keep the phone in place until the tone transmission finishes, which takes about 3 seconds. (Page 33)
