Wash the inside of the refrigerator with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of baking soda to 1 quart of water (26g soda to 1 liter water) to help remove odors. Make sure the baking soda is completely dissolved so it does not scratch the surfaces. Because air circulates between both sections, you must thoroughly clean both the refrigerator and freezer sections to eliminate odors. (Pages 10, 17)
