Why is my washing machine making excessive vibrating or thumping noise during operation?
LG WD(M)-1018(0~9)S Washing Machine ·
Excessive vibration or thumping is often caused by the transit bolts not being removed during installation, the feet not resting firmly on the ground, or the wash load being unevenly distributed in the drum. Stop the washer and redistribute the wash load to help balance it, and ensure all four adjustable feet are stable and resting on the floor. If vibration continues after restarting, contact your authorized service centre. (Page 24)
