Check whether the drain hose is kinked or clogged, and clean and straighten it as needed. Also check whether the drain filter is clogged and clean it if necessary. The drain hose should not be placed higher than 100 cm above the floor, as improper positioning can also cause drainage issues. (Pages 24, 26)

Turn off the water supply tap, disconnect hoses and drain water from them, then add 1 gallon (3.8L) of nontoxic recreational vehicle (RV) antifreeze into the empty wash drum and run a spin cycle for 1 minute. After spinning, unplug the power cord, dry the drum interior, remove and dry the dispenser drawer, and store the washer upright. When returning the washer to use after storage, run an empty wash cycle with detergent to remove any remaining antifreeze. (Page 23)

Before operating the washer, you must remove the 4 transit bolts along with the rubber bungs by slightly twisting the bung using the spanner supplied. If they are not removed, it may cause heavy vibration, noise, and malfunction. Keep the 4 bolts and the spanner for future use, as they must be refitted whenever the appliance is transported. Close the holes with the caps supplied after removal. (Page 5)

Child Lock can be set by pressing the two Option buttons simultaneously, after which all buttons become inoperable except the power button. To deactivate Child Lock, press the two Option buttons simultaneously again. When child lock is active, the child lock indicator is displayed on the screen, and it is automatically cancelled when operational errors occur. (Page 16)

You should use powder detergent only for this front loading washer, following the detergent manufacturer's instructions. For a full load, use the manufacturer's recommended amount; for a part load, use 3/4 of the normal amount; and for a minimum load, use 1/2 of the full load amount. Using too much detergent can cause excessive suds, decrease washing results, or cause heavy load to the motor leading to malfunction. (Page 12)

Open the lower cover cap using a coin, then turn the drain plug to pull out the hose and unplug it, allowing water to flow into a vessel to prevent water spilling on the floor. Once water stops flowing, turn the pump filter to the left to open it and remove any foreign material. After cleaning, turn the pump filter clockwise, reinsert the drain plug, and close the lower cover cap. (Page 21)

Press the Power button, select your program, then press the Time Delay button to set the desired delay time — the minimum is 3 hours and the maximum is 19 hours, with each button press advancing the delay by one hour. Press the Start/Pause button to confirm, and the colon will blink to indicate the delay is active. Time Delay represents the expected time from the present to the completion of the washing cycle, and to cancel it you must press the Power button. (Page 15)

First, check that all four transit bolts and packing have been removed during installation, as failing to do so causes heavy vibration and noise. Also ensure all four feet are resting firmly and evenly on the ground, and that the wash load is not unevenly distributed in the drum — stop the washer and redistribute the load if needed. If noise continues after restarting the washer, contact your authorised service centre. (Page 24)

Water supply pressure must be between 30kPa and 1000kPa (0.3–10 kgf/cm²) for proper operation. If the water supply pressure exceeds 1000kPa, a decompression device should be installed. You should check water tightness of all connections by turning the tap completely on and periodically check the condition of the hose, replacing it if necessary. (Pages 4, 7)

Turn off the water supply tap, disconnect hoses, then plug the electrical cord into a grounded outlet and add 1 gallon (3.8L) of non-toxic recreational vehicle (RV) antifreeze into the empty wash drum. Set the spin cycle and let the washer spin for 1 minute to drain out water, then unplug the cord, dry the drum interior, and close the door. To remove antifreeze after storage, run the empty washer through a complete cycle using detergent without adding any wash load. (Page 23)

The door will not open for 1 to 2 minutes after Pause is selected or at the end of the wash cycle, as the electric locking mechanism needs time to release. Once started, the door cannot be opened for safety reasons. If the wash cycle is paused and no action is taken, the power will turn off automatically after 4 minutes. (Page 19)
