Why won't the door open after the wash cycle?
The door will not open before 1 to 2 minutes when Pause is selected or at the end of the wash cycle, as the electric locking mechanism needs time to release. Wait one or two minutes before opening the door to give this mechanism adequate time to release for safety reasons.
