What happens if the washer experiences a power failure?

If the washer is turned off by a power failure, it will restart semi-automatically from the beginning step of each cycle (Wash, Rinse, Spin). When power is recovered, press the Power button, and the washer will display a power failure message. Then press the Start/Pause button to operate, and the wash will restart from the beginning of each cycle. (Page 16, 30)
