There is a scalding hazard when opening the Steriliser after use, as hot water vapour can escape and remaining water may be very hot. Always allow the Steriliser to cool before removing the lid, and use sterilised tongs to remove and handle the disinfected parts. Wash your hands before touching disinfected items. (Page 3)
