How do I clean the lint screen?

Clean the lint screen before each load by pulling it out of its holder and rolling lint off with your fingers. Do not rinse or wash the screen to remove lint, as wet lint is hard to remove. Push the lint screen firmly back into place. For buildup from detergent or fabric softener residue, clean with a nylon brush every 6 months or more frequently if clogged.
