How does the Wrinkle Control feature work on my Maytag dryer?

The Wrinkle Control feature provides 40 minutes of heat-free, periodic tumbling at the end of a cycle to help prevent wrinkles from forming when you cannot immediately remove laundry. You can turn the Wrinkle Control knob on or off at any time before the cycle has ended. When active, the cycle signal tone will sound every 5 minutes until clothes are removed or the feature ends.
