Why won't my Maytag dryer start at all?

Check whether a household fuse has blown or a circuit breaker has tripped — electric dryers use 2 household fuses or circuit breakers. Also confirm the door is firmly closed, the Start button was firmly pressed, a cycle is selected, and the dryer is plugged in with power supply on. Note that the dryer will not start if the Cycle Control knob is in the Wrinkle Prevent position; move the dial past OFF. (Page 20)
