Why are my dishes not drying properly?

Use of rinse aid along with the Heated Dry option is required for proper drying. Proper loading of items also affects drying, and glasses or cups with concave bottoms can hold water that spills onto other items — unload the bottom rack first to avoid this. Note that plastic and items with nonstick surfaces are difficult to dry because of their porous surface, and towel drying may be necessary. (Page 10)
