How do I extend my WiFi network name with the AC1200 extender?
By default, the extender adds '_2GEXT' to the end of your 2.4 GHz network name and '_5GEXT' to the end of your 5 GHz network name. For example, if your existing network is 'MyNetworkName,' the extended networks will be 'MyNetworkName_2GEXT' and 'MyNetworkName_5GEXT.' You can customize these names during setup or later through the Settings > Wireless menu.
