How do I cable and set up my Nighthawk R7000P for the first time?

First, unplug your modem's power and remove its battery if it has one, then plug the modem back in. Connect your modem to the router's Internet port using the yellow Ethernet cable included in the package, then connect the power adapter to the router and plug it into an outlet. Finally, press the Power On/Off button on the rear panel to power on the router. (Page 14)
