What should I do if I cannot connect to the EX6120 or join a WiFi network?

If you cannot connect, first check if you forgot your username or password and use the 'Username & Password Help' link to recover them. If your browser shows an error, type http://www.mywifiext.net in the address field. If the Device Link LED is off or red, move closer to the extender. If you still cannot connect via WiFi, you can use an Ethernet cable to connect your computer directly to the extender. For WiFi network connection issues, verify the network password is correct (it is case-sensitive), ensure your router is powered on, and move the extender closer to the router.
