What batteries does the remote control require and how do I replace them?

The remote controller is powered by two dry batteries (R03/LR03 x2) housed in the back rear part protected by a cover. Remove the cover, take out the old batteries, insert the new ones with the (+) and (-) ends placed correctly, then reinstall the cover. Note that when batteries are removed, all programming is erased and the remote controller must be reprogrammed after inserting new batteries. (Page 8)
