Why can't I view photos even though a memory card is inserted?

First, confirm the memory card is a supported format and that the files are JPEG images. Second, turn the frame off, ensure the card is fully inserted in the correct direction, then turn it back on. If photos still do not appear, press Exit to open the Card Selection screen, select the card, then select Photos to reach the Thumbnails screen — if no photos appear, try another card.
