How do I restore the factory default settings on the Philips 1200 Series Espresso Machine?

Turn the machine off, then press and hold the espresso icon for 3 seconds until the middle lights in the drink setting icons light up and the start/stop light pulses. Press the start/stop button to confirm, then press the on/off button to switch the machine back on. You can only restore default settings when the machine is switched off. (Page 11)
