How do I use the Pioneer Smart Sync app with this receiver?

Go to the main menu, select [SYSTEM], then select [APP CONTROL] and choose either [WIRED] for USB or [BLUETOOTH] for a Bluetooth connection. Enable [AUTO APP CONN] by setting it to [ON] so that Pioneer Smart Sync launches automatically when your iPhone or Android device is connected. The app is compatible with iOS 10.3 or later for iPhone, and Android OS 5.0 or later for Bluetooth connections. (Page 26)
