1

How often do I need to replace the filter cartridges?

The disposable filter cartridge must be replaced every 12 months, or if any noticeable reduction in flow rate occurs, whichever comes sooner. This ensures filter effectiveness is maintained. You should also replace the filter if the filter lifespan indicator shows the flow left is less than 200L. (Page 4)

2

What do the error codes E1:00, E2:00, E3:00, and E4:00 mean?

E1:00 indicates a cold water NTC error that prevents the cooling function from starting, and E2:00 indicates a hot water NTC error that prevents the heating function from starting — both require contacting the local service agency. E3:00 indicates either a temporary low water pressure or water shortage, and the machine will return to normal once water supply resumes. E4:00 is a dry heating alarm; you should power off and power on again, and contact the service agency if the problem persists. (Page 15)

3

How do I replace the filters on the HCM-T1?

First, switch off the water supply to the dispenser before replacing filters. Then remove the water tray, take out the front panel, twist to remove the old filter and replace it with the new one, and finally reinstall the front panel and water tray. The machine uses two filters: the HCM-T1-F1 (Sediment & Carbon Composite) and the HCM-T1-F2 (UF Membrane & ACF Composite). (Page 11)

4

How do I reset the filter lifespan after replacing the filters?

Enter the Filter Lifespan Setting mode by navigating through the system settings menu using the setting button. Once in filter lifespan setting mode, the display will show a pattern number (00/01/02/03) indicating remaining filter life, and you can press the increase or decrease button to reset the filter life back to '00'. When the filter lifespan is due, the buzzer will sound 3 times every six hours until the lifespan is reset. (Page 10)

5

What power supply requirements does the HCM-T1 need?

The rated voltage of the HCM-T1 is AC 220V/50Hz only. The power cord must be plugged into a 220V outlet with at least a rating of 10A and power surge protection. You should also ensure the power plug and power outlet are clean and dry before use. (Pages 1, 3)

6

How does the child lock feature work and how do I enable or disable it?

The child lock can be enabled or disabled through the system settings menu after the UVC LED Sterilizer setting step. With child lock enabled, you need to press the hot or lukewarm button first and then press the dispense button to dispense hot or lukewarm water. To toggle the setting, press the increase button to disable and the decrease button to enable the child lock. (Page 10)
