How do I resolve poor mop washing performance?
The mop cloths may not be attached properly, so stick them on the mounts flat in place. If the floor is dirty, change the mop washing mode to 'Deep' in the app for better cleaning. Additionally, ensure the clean water tank is filled and the dirty water tank is empty.
