How should I store bread made in the breadmaker?
Your bread is best eaten fresh but can be stored for a couple of days at room temperature in a polythene bag with the air squeezed out. To freeze bread, let it cool, put it in a polythene bag, squeeze out as much air as possible, then seal it. Do not put bread in the fridge because it will go stale faster.
