How do I activate the Child Lock feature?

To set or release Child Lock, press both the Time and Signal buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. Once Child Lock is set, no button except the Power button can be controlled until the function is released. The Child Lock indicator light will be lit when the feature is active, and the setting remains in place even if the power is turned off and back on. (Page B-4)
