How do I pause or cancel cooking, and how do I correct a mistake I entered?

Press Pause/Cancel once to pause the oven during cooking, then press Start to restart. To stop cooking entirely, erase instructions, and return the display to the time of day, press Pause/Cancel twice. To correct a mistake you just entered, press Pause/Cancel once and then re-enter the instructions. (Page 9)
